Modern twin room with good equipments, a balcony, a partial view. Costs £ 29936. The best and peaceful location near Kegon falls and Chuzenji onsen restaurants and shops as well as the Chuzenji boat station bus stop. Also, on the lake.

That was wonderful hotel set in very very nice area, next to restaurant.

The onsen water cleanliness needs addressing!!! The dining atmosphere resembles a cafeteria-loud with harsh lighting, very uninviting!!!

Enjoyable stay for 5 nights. Perfectly clean hotel, recently refurbished rooms, comfortable and the best location close to the bus stop. Location adjacent to the bus terminal and Lake Chuzenji, wonderful kegon waterfall, and the center. For tea or coffee visit Cafe du Savoie nearby.

The location is unbeatable and very convenience, not too far away from Kegon Waterfall. You could walk to a local supermarket and local supermarkets. There is a GOOD in-house restaurant.

Man, the warm welcome was everything! Staff helped carry our bags up the stairs, mad nice. The breakfast spread was dope, and we loved chillin' by the lake view. The onsen hit just right after a long day, though that little staircase had me winded for real. That was a workout!

The food was excellent, especially the dinner. The staircase to the second floor can be a challenge.

The staff were attentive . After returning from a long day of exploring , the front desk suggested I try the onsen, and it was a life-changing moment , soaking in the hot spring while the snow gently fell around me.

It wasn't exactly a bargain , but worth every penny.

Breakfast featured beautifully grilled dishes that were both delicious and satisfying. One downside was the room, which, while clean, felt a bit dated and lacked some amenities expected in modern accommodations. Some noise from outside could be heard at night, slightly affecting the overall tranquility of the stay.

the stairs are quite a workout. but the food was AMAZING! ! dinner had beautifully presented traditional dishes. loved the spacious room with a stunning lake view.

The staff here were super nice and really polite; they gave us awesome tips 🌟. the rooms were all newly renovated and had modern equipment that was top-notch.
